1. Order Processing/Handling Time

Once your order is placed, our dedicated team will process it promptly. Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Transit Time

The estimated transit time for your package is 3–9 business days (Mon–Fri). Please note that this timeframe applies only to business days and excludes weekends and public holidays. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery within this period.

3. Order Cutoff Time

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.

Please ensure your order is submitted before the cutoff time to avoid delays.

4. Shipping Costs and Country

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Canada. Canada is our designated shipping country at this time.

5. Shipping Method

We use standard shipping through trusted carriers such as Purolator, DHL, UPS CA, or FedEx, depending on your package’s weight and destination.

6. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package in real time.

7. Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, please double-check that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete. EmpowerCaree is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at customers@empowercaree.com. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, modifications are only possible before your order has been processed for shipment.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at customers@empowercaree.com within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging and provide supporting documentation or photos to help expedite the resolution process.
